Effects of Working People Potential Entrepreneur’s Personal Characteristics and Career Orientation on Entrepreneurial Intention

본 연구는 직장인예비창업자의 개인적 특성과 경력지향성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향과 창업교육프로그램이 경력지향성과 창업의도 사이에 매개효과가 있는지 그 효과를 분석하여 창업을 준비하는 직장인예비창업자들에게 실무적으로 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장인예비창업자들의 개인적 특성 요인들 중 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인은 성취욕구(β=.349, t=3.808, p = .000)인 것으로 나타났으며, 다른 요인들은 통계적인 유의성을 보이지 않아 직장인예비창업자들은 직장생활 보다는 창업을 통해서 자아실현을 하려는 욕구가 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 직장인예비창업자들의 경력지향성의 세부 요인들 중 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인은 사업지향성(β=.536, t=7.502, p = .000)과 자율지향성(β=.214, t=3.055, p = .003)인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업교육프로그램이 창업의도에 통계적(β=.274, p = .000)으로 매우 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 직장인예비창업자들도 다른 예비창업자들과 마찬가지로 창업교육은 필요하다는 근거를 보여준다고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 직장인예비창업자의 경력지향성과 창업의도 간의 관계에서 창업프로그램은 경력지향성의 세부요인인 사업지향성과 자율지향성이 창업의도 간에 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 추가적으로 소벨 테스트(Sobel test)를 사용하여 유의성을 검증한 결과 또한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of working people potential entrepreneur’s personal characteristics and career orientation on entrepreneurial intention. Also, this study was intended to verify the mediating effects of entrepreneurship education program. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, among working people potential entrepreneur’s personal characteristics, it was shown that the desire for achievement influences on entrepreneurial intention(β = .349, t = 3.808, p = .000). Second, in the analysis of the effect of career orientation on entrepreneurial intention, the significant influence factors were the entrepreneurial creativity orientation(β=.536, t=7.502, p = .000) and autonomy orientation(β=.214, t=3.055, p = .003). Third, entrepreneurship education program was found to have a significant positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, it was analyzed that the moderating effect of entrepreneurship education program between career orientation and entrepreneurial intention is to be partial mediation effect in the detail factors(entrepreneurial creativity orientation, autonomy orientation).
