ERP시스템 도입성과에 저항요인과 변화관리의 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyse whether ERP systems introduction performance is directly affected by resistance factors and whether association between them is moderated by change management. A research model consists of independent variables(organizational factor, process factor and psychological factor related variables), moderate variables(change management related variables), and dependent variables(ERP systems introduction performance related variables). The research results found that although it differs depending on the performance variables, ERP systems introduction performance is affected by innovation cynicism, exhaustion, avoidance of uncertainty, business consistency, fear and selfishness. And also although it differs depending on performance variables and resistance factors, association between ERP systems introduction performance and resistance factors was moderated by change management. This study shows that because the resistance factors affecting the types of performance related to the ERP systems are different, different management efforts should be made depending on what the company is aiming for. In the management of resistance factors, it shows that different management policies should be promoted according to the ERP systems introduction performance type.
