정부의 재난관리 효과성의 영향요인: 기술적･관리적･법제도적 요인을 중심으로

This study examined the problems of the disaster management system and analyzed the factors that have an important effect on its effectiveness in the reality that the government's demand for disaster management is increasing. First, in terms of technology, information on disasters must be accurately delivered to the public. In particular, the accuracy of detailed disaster information such as the current situation of the disaster and the damage situation must be ensured. Second, in terms of management, the effectiveness of disaster management can be further enhanced when cooperative partnerships are well established from disaster prevention to recovery between ministries. Third, in terms of legal and institutional aspects, a realistic legal framework for disaster management and the current disaster management system classified by type and field must be efficiently operated.
