중간지원조직 활동가 직무수행역량 설정을 위한 델파이 연구

The purpose of this study is to set up job performance capacity of the intermediary organization activists. Based on the previous studies, the basic questionnaires on job performance capacity were prepared and the Delphi survey was conducted for 11 experts. As a result of the analysis, 5 functions of the intermediary organization, 6 capacity groups, 23 job performance capacities were derived. The 23 job performance capacities include village operation (current analysis, organizational and functional analysis, organizational design and consultation), village activation plan, village promotion committee support, education (demand survey and necessary capacity analysis, process design, operation, performance analysis), village conflict (issue grasping, management plan search meeting, management plan derivation, core reason and cause factor analysis), village development project (locational condition and characteristic analysis, human management, process management, evaluation), strategic business plans, understanding of agriculture and rural areas, cooperation and linkage between villages, establishment of governance system, and policy proposals. The job performance capacity of the derived intermediary organization activists has important value as a standard for training intermediary organization activists. This study proposed academic, practical, and political implications and also revealed limitations.
