국내 장애인 전환교육 연구 동향 분석: 2007년 『장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법』 제정 이후를 중심으로

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the trend of research on transition education for persons with disabilities and seek future research directions. Method: Among the studies published in Korea from 2008 to June 2020, the studies including the word ‘transition education’ in the title or abstract, and studies satisfying the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected. A total of 145 studies were selected and analyzed. Results: There has been an increase in the number of research studies on transition education for persons with disabilities since 2008; however, after 2013 a decline has been observed. The result of keyword analysis showed education, programs, support, teachers, factors, roles, and self-determination as frequently used words in the collected studies. Survey studies and literature review accounted for a high proportion of research types. The frequent topic of literature review studies was strategy implementation plans, while teacher recognition was identified as a common topic for survey studies. In the case of experimental studies, many interventions were implemented to improve the independent daily lives of secondary school students. The main topic for qualitative studies was the transitions to school and adulthood. Conclusion: Based on these results, various tasks and directions for future studies on transition education for persons with disabilities have been suggested.
