중간지원조직 활동가 직무역량모델 개발과 실증연구

This study aim is to develop a job capacity model through Delphi survey for the efficient operation of intermediate organization activists and to examine whether they are suitable as empirical research. The ability extracted through previous studies was prepared by questionnaire for Delphi survey, and the Delphi survey was conducted two times for 11 experts. Finally, 6 competency groups, 23 sub-competencies, and 23 definitions were derived from the job capacity of the intermediate organization activists. Based on this, a job capacity model was developed and an empirical analysis was conducted using it as a measurement index. In order to identify job capacity of the intermediate organization activists, empirical research was conducted as a measurement index of job capacity. The results of this study are as follows: ‘business planning capacity group’, ‘community management and support capability group’, ‘community development project operation and support capability group’, ‘community issues, conflict management and support capacity group’, ‘capacity group for establishment of regional cooperation system’. This study has great significance in that it presented the job capacity model of the intermediate organization activists and identified the subdivided capacity. Academic, practical, and policy implications and limitations of this study were presented.
