The Influence of Organizational Justice of Innovative SME Members on Organizational Commitment

The problem of organizational justice arises in relation to various organizational decision-making, such as treatment of organizational members and the way they operate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perception of organizational justice on organizational commitment for the members of innovative SMEs considered as the next-generation growth engine industry such as information technology (IT), biotechnology (BT), future automobiles, future growth industries, smart factory industries, displays, and intelligent robots. As a result of the study, it was found that organizational justice had a positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. First, the level of organizational commitment of the organizational members can be increased when the members of the organization are given the belief that the formal procedure for evaluating their abilities and performance and personal treatment are being operated reasonably and transparently. Second, the standards, procedures and processes of promotion and compensation, which are determined by the performance of members of the organization, must be fair. Third, in order to increase organizational immersion, above all, a plan to increase organizational fairness is needed.
