세무·회계분야 산학일체형 도제학교의 NCS기반 교육과정 운영 및 개선에 관한 연구
A Study on the Operation and Improvement of the NCS-based Curriculum of Industry-Academia Partnership Apprenticeship School in Tax and Accounting

본 연구는 2015년 시작하여 2019년 현재 197개 특성화고등학교에서 운영하고 있는 산학일체형 도제학교 중 14 개 상업계특성화고등학교에서 운영되고 있는 세무·회계 분야 도제학교 교육과정의 구성과 운영이 학습근로자의핵심역량에 미치는 영향과 기업현장교사의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 대상은 세무·회계정보관리 L3 수준으로 운영하고 있는 경기도의 P경영고등학교를 거점으로 한 도제학교 3개를 대상으로 해당분야의 학습근로자 및 정규직근로자에 대하여 실증하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 세무·회계분야 도제학교 교육과정의 구성은 학급근로자의 핵심역량에 유의한 영향을미치며, 교육과정의 운영과정도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 교육과정운영의 유연성은 핵심역량에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고 있다. 또한 세무·회계분야 도제학교 교육과정의 구성은 학급근로자의 핵심역량의 관계에서 기업현장교사의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 교육과정운영의 유연성과 핵심역량의 관계에서는 기업현장교사의 조절효과는나타났으며, 또한 교육과정의 운영과정과 핵심역량의 관계에서 기업현장교사의 조절효과도 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 세무·회계분야 도제학교에 대해 구체적인 교육과정을 분석하고 해당분야가 가진 특성과 향후 발전방향에 대하여 살펴보았다는데 큰 의의를 가진다. 또한 세무·회계 도제학교의 교육과정 중 세무실무 및회계실무 이외에도 인사, 사무행정, 총무, 비서 등 기업 내 업무수행과정에서 문제를 해결하거나 타인과의 조화로운 직장생활을 가능하게 하는 교육과정의 유효성에 대해서도 검증된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 또한 도제학교는 Off-JT와 OJT가 연계되어 있어 학습근로자의 핵심역량을 향상시키는 기업현장교사의 역할이매우 중요하다는 점을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
This study was conducted on the effect of the composition and operation of the apprenticeship school curriculum on the core competencies of learning workers and the moderating effect of the company’s field teachers for apprentice schools in the tax and accounting field. The subjects were three apprentice schools based in Gyeonggi-do’s P Management High School, which operate at the level of L3 in tax and accounting information management. The study results showed that the composition of the apprenticeship school curriculum in the tax and accounting field had a significant effect on the core competencies of class workers, and the curriculum operation process also had a significant effect. However, the flexibility of curriculum operation does not significantly affect core competencies. In addition, in the relationship between the composition of the apprentice school curriculum in the tax and accounting field and the core competencies of class workers, there was no moderating effect of the corporate field teacher. However, in the relationship between the flexibility of the curriculum operation and the core competencies, there was a moderating effect of the corporate field teachers, and also in the relationship between the operating process of the curriculum and the core competencies, the moderating effect of the corporate field teacher was also revealed. Therefore, this study has great significance in analyzing the specific curriculum for apprenticeship schools in the tax and accounting fields, and examining the characteristics of the field and the direction of future development. In addition, in the curriculum of the tax and accounting apprenticeship school, in addition to tax practice and accounting practice, the effectiveness of the curriculum that solves problems in the company’s business process such as personnel, office administration, general affairs, secretary, etc. or enables a harmonious working life with others. It can also be seen as verified. In addition, the apprenticeship school is connected with Off-JT and OJT, so it can be seen that the role of the corporate field teacher is very important to improve the core competencies of learning workers.
