관광서비스 전공 대학생의 메타인지, 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십 간 관계 연구

코로나19의 영향으로 야기된 온라인 플랫폼을 활용한 수업의 활성화는 학생들과 교수자들에게 시대적 변화에빠른 적응과 변화를 요구하였다. 본 연구는 고객서비스를 직무의 기본으로 하고 있는 관광서비스 전공 대학생의메타인지와 자기효능감 그리고 셀프리더십 간의 관계를 파악하여 언택트 시대에 직면하여 올바른 학생관리에 기여하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상자는 ㅇ시에 소재한 호텔·항공·외식서비스를 전공하고 있는 학생 162명을 대상으로 하였으며, 설문지를 이용하여 2019년 11월 18일부터 29일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관계수분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 메타인지의 하위요인 중 ‘계획’과 ‘조절;은 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 자기효능감은셀프리더십에 유의한 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다양한 고객을 응대하는 직무를 수행하는 관광서비스전공 대학생들을 위한 메타인지와 자기효능감, 셀프리더십 간의 영향 관계에 관한 연구가 전무한 상황에서 각 변수들간의 영향 관계를 확인했다는 측면에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Under the influence of Corona19, the revitalization of managing students using online platforms requires professors to adapt quickly and actively. This study was conducted to identify the relationship among metacognition, self-efficacy and self-leadership focused to the college students majoring hospitality. To achieve this goal, a survey of 162 copies of questionnaires was conducted. The data was collected using self-reported questionnaires from Nov. 18 to Nov. 29 and analyzed based on frequencies, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression. The result of this study was presented as follows: First, among the three sub-factors of metacognition, ‘plan’ and ‘control’ had positive effect on the self-efficacy while ‘check’ had no effect. Secondly, self-efficacy had significant effect on the self-leadership. As the result indicated, the students guidance professors should contact the students emotionally with customized consultation and let them manage their subject autonomously. And the college should develop various programs concerning their major by which they feel the success and finally to promote self-efficacy and self-leadership.
