핀테크 결제서비스 지속적 이용에 지각된 가치 및 신뢰의 영향

As a part of the recent financial services, Fintech service is continuously growing. Fintech applications are growing throughout various fields including payment, financial trading and asset management. However, Fintech applications are not successful because of user resistance to the continuous use of services. The purpose of this study is to identity the antecedents of Fintech service for customer. This study used the empirical method and hypothesis test. The results showed that perceived benefit had a significant effect on perceived value and perceived value had a significant effect on reliability. In addition, perceived value and reliability had a significant effect on continuous intention of use. However, it is noted that research model of this study is a need to combine more related factors to generalize these results.
