공공기관의 지속가능경영활동이 재무요인에 미치는 영향 : 공기업을 중심으로

Public institutions have higher social responsibilities than private companies and have motivation and purpose to carry out sustainable management. This study aims to investigate the effects of sustainable management activities on financial factors of public corporations with corporate characteristics as a means of public performance as a purpose of public institutions. The results of the study showed that public corporations with high customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on profitability. This can be interpreted that the improvement of customer satisfaction leads to the improvement of profit by attracting customers. In addition, the management score had a significant positive effect on all indicators of financial factors, which is because the basic system of management evaluation index consists of management strategy, social contribution, work efficiency, organization and human resource management, financial budget management, remuneration and welfare management. On the other hand, business management has a significant negative effect on the financial factors that are added, which is because the impact of the policy goals that are urgently given without considering the aspects of performance and the capacity of the institution, which are largely dependent on the overall market conditions, is considerably greater than the parts that can be improved by internal management efforts.
