How to Resolve Disputes between Franchise Headquarters and Franchisee (through Case Study)

In this study, the franchise headquarters established a consistent brand image and studied the factors of dispute between the two groups in order to resolve regional uncertainties by establishing a sales strategy suitable for the region. The method of this study was carried out by analyzing cases of disputes between the franchise and franchisee using a qualitative research method. Currently, the franchise in the domestic market continues to develop, but there are constant disputes between the two groups. The franchise headquarters often demands unfair trade based on superior information and power and economic power, and this study was conducted as an alternative to develop the positive relationship between the two sides. The purpose of this study is to provide a successful franchise model and prevention of conflict through conflict cases between two groups.
