The purpose of this research was to analyze various factors for successful start-ups or sustainable management in four ways : Human and Physical Infrastructure, State Assistance Policies, Environmental Dynamic, and Environmental Dynamic Mediated Effects, thereby presenting the following research points. First, in order to establish a successful start-up or sustainable management, it is necessary to create a cluster for the aggregation of human and physical infrastructure, build a platform, and create an ecosystem environment for comprehensive support such as one-stop support system. Second, it indicates that a strategic approach to creating a creative and differentiated environment is needed to establish a successful start-up or sustainable management. Third, even if a comprehensive ecosystem support environment, such as human and physical infrastructure for successful start-ups or sustainable management, and national support policies, is currently created, this will continue to change. By naming it as environmental dynamic, external and internal environmental factors are that continuous changes in the use of time, space, and materials should be reflected, improved, and changed continuously. Fourth, it can be seen that the state support policy does not guarantee successful start-ups or sustainable management. However, government support policies have a significant impact on environmental dynamics. Environmental Dynamics act as a perfect medium in government support policies and successful start-ups or sustainable management. Also, it plays a role as a perfect medium for human and physical factors and successful start-ups or sustainable management. Human and physical infrastructure, government support policies, and environmental dynamics are inter-organizational convergence, and integration. The above factors for successful start-ups or sustainable management should lead to a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement, maintenance, and development.
