자율주행자동차의 등장에 따른 배상책임과 증명책임의 과제

The most important one of them is that the existence of the defect could not be identified by the state of scientific or technical knowledge of the time when the manufacturer supplied the product. Arguments around the phrase are examined in connection with relevant international technical standards. It also pointed out that there is no international standard about the core areas of autonomous vehicles.
