창업교육의 특화역량 설정 및 전공능력 검증에 관한 연구
A Study on the Establishment of Specialized Competencies and Verification of Major Competencies in Start-up Education

기업가정신은 경제적 부를 이루는 근간이며, 국가 경쟁력을 형성하는 핵심동력이기에 대학에서의 창업교육이 지속적으로 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업교육을 활성화하기 위한 목적으로 창업교육에서의 특화역량 설정 및 전공능력을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관련 분야 현장전문가와 교수자 44명을 대상으로 2019년 8월 9일부터 11월 25일까지 설문조사 및 FGI를 실시하였고, 3회에 걸쳐 개발 자문회의를 개최하였다. 그 결과 벤처창업, 기업가적 인재육성, 사회적 문제해결 역량이 특화역량으로 설정되었고, 각각 10개, 17개, 10개, 공통 8개의 전공능력이 검증되었다. 이에 본 연구는 창업교육의 특화역량을 설정하고 전공능력과 관련된 데이터(점수)를 제공함으로써 향후 창업교육과정 개발 및 창업교육의 질적 향상을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 한편 본 연구에서 제시하지 못한 세부 교육내용과 교수법 등과 관련되어 추가적인 연구를 진행함으로써 창업교육의 질적 발전을 모색하고자 한다.
Abstract
Entrepreneurship is the basis of economic wealth and is a key driver of national competitiveness, so start-up education at universities continues to be emphasized. Therefore, in this study, the establishment of specialized competencies in start-up education was verified and the major competency was verified for the purpose of promoting start-up education. To this end, 44 field experts and professors in the relevant field were interviewed and surveyed from Aug. 9 to Nov. 25, 2019 and three rounds of advisory meeting were held. As a result, venture start-up, entrepreneurial talent development and social problem-solving capabilities were set up as specialized competencies, and 10, 17 and 10 respectively and 8 common major competencies were verified. Therefore, it is believed that this research will contribute to the development of the start-up education curriculum and the improvement of the quality of the start-up education in the future by establishing specialized capabilities for start-up education and providing data (scores) related to major skills. On the other hand, we would like to seek the qualitative development of start-up education by conducting further research on details of education and teaching methods that were not presented in this study.
