어머니 모델링을 활용한 창업직무훈련프로그램이 그룹홈 거주 자폐성장애인의 요리기술에 미치는 효과

본 연구에서는 어머니 모델링을 활용한 창업직무훈련프로그램이 그룹홈 거주 자폐성장애인의 요리기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 정서장애 특수학교의 전공과 과정을 졸업한 이후 비고용의 상태로 1~1.5년째 일반가정에서 부모와 함께 생활하다가 그룹홈에 입주한지 5~6개월째 된 자폐성장애인 세 명이 연구 대상으로 선정되었다. 실험 환경은 연구 대상이 거주하고 있는 그룹홈 내 주방과 학습실을 비롯하여 식당사업체 내 주방으로 구성되었다. 실험 설계는 단일대상연구의 기법 중 한 가지인 대상자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계를 사용하였으며, 이에 따른 실험 조건은 기초선, 중재, 유지로 구성되었다. 독립변인인 어머니 모델링을 활용한 창업직무훈련프로그램은 자폐성장애인이 그룹홈 내 주방에서 어머니 모델링 자료를 시청하는 가운데 요리기술 수행을 위한 음식재료․도구를 점검하고 연이어 요리기술을 행동시연하는 절차를 포함한다. 또한, 자폐성장애인이 매 수행평가 회기마다 요리기술 수행에 대해 나타낸 결과를 수행기록일지로 작성하고 그 작성된 수행기록일지를 어머니로부터 피드백을 제공받는 절차 역시 포함되었다. 종속변인인 요리기술은 자폐성장애인이 실제 창업현장인 식당사업체 내 주방에서 한식의 일종인 김치찌개 끓이기 기술로써 조작적으로 정의될 수 있으며, 과제분석을 통해 총 10가지의 하위 단계로 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 연구 대상들은 중재프로그램의 적용을 통해 목표행동을 효과적으로 습득한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구 대상들은 중재프로그램이 종료된 이후 3주가 지난 시점에서도 중재를 통한 목표행동의 최종 효과를 그대로 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 본 연구는 적용된 독립변인과 종속변인이 갖는 기능적 의의를 중심으로 논의 및 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find the effect of entrepreneurial job training program on cooking skills of individuals with autism spectrum disorder living in group homes. For this purpose, three individuals with intellectual disabilities who have been living in group homes for 5～6 months after graduating majoring course of special school were selected as subjects. The experimental environment was divided into two areas including kitchen in group homes and kitchen at Restaurant workplace. As for the experiment design, the multiple probe design across subjects, one of the single-subject research techniques, was used, and the subsequent experiment conditions consisted of baseline, intervention, and maintenance. Entrepreneurial job training program using mother modeling in group home was used as independent variable to create learning method based on smart-pads videos filming through cooking skills performances of mother in kitchen at Restaurant workplace. Also in the independent variable of this study, practical intervention in the group home were applied monitoring of food materials and tools and behavioral rehearsal with materials and tools used by the subjects in kitchen at group homes. Cooking skills, the target behavior (dependent variable), was operationally defined as cooking of kimchi stew by the subjects and this performance was composed in a total of 10 stages through task analysis. As a result of this study, the subjects were found to effectively acquire cooking skills, the target behavior, through the intervention program. In addition, the subjects effectively maintained the target behavior acquired until 3 weeks after the end of the intervention. Lastly, this study focused its discussion on implications of the functional relationship between independent and dependent variables.
