기술적 역량이 기술 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구

초록
본 연구의 목적은 경제활동을 하고 있는 일반 성인들을 대상으로 기술적 역량과 기술 창업의지 간의 관계를 연구하는 것이다. 4차 산업혁명을 맞이하여 정부에서는 기술창업을 집중 육성·지원하는 정책으로 새로운 시장 창출과 고용 창출을 하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술창업과 경제활동을 하고 있는 일반 성인들의 여러 창업자 역량 특성 중 기술적 역량이 기술 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 현 직무에 대한 만족이나 태도를 알아볼 수 있는 직무배태성을 조절변수로 삼아 조절효과가 있는지에 대하여 확인하고자 하였다. 첫째, 기술적 역량은 기술 창업의지에 유의한 관계를 보였다. 즉 기술적 역량이 높을수록 기술 창업의지도 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 조절변수인 직무배태성은 변수들 간에 상관관계를 보이고 있지만 조절변수로서는 유의한 조절효과를 나타내지 못하였다. 이처럼 본 연구의 결과는 실무적 관점에서 기술창업 활성화를 위한 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있으며 향후 설문 대상자 및 하위변수를 구체화하여 영향성을 살펴본다면 좀 더 학술적 가치를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
In the wake of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the government is intensively fostering and supporting technology start-ups. So, the government wants to create a new market and create jobs. We examine the relationship of the technical competence and the entrepreneurial intention of technology startups. The independent variable, technical competence, was found to affect the entrepreneurial intention of technology startups. Additionally, the moderating variable, job-embeddeness was not found to be significant. Based on the results of this study, in order to promote the willingness to start the technology business, it is necessary to increase the direct and indirect experience of enhancing the technical capabilities of prospective start-ups and reduce the negative perception of start-ups so that their intention toward the start-ups can be further embodied in their actions.
