체육전공학생의 장애인체육 봉사 경험을 통한 장애인식과 진로 계획 변화 과정 탐색

The purpose of this study is to explore the process of change in the attitudes and careers of physical education students through the experience of physical education for the disabled. Participants of the study selected 5 students who had no experience in physical education for the disabled and volunteer activities among the students who took the physical education for the disabled. Based on this, the concept was derived and implemented with open coding, axis coding, and selective coding. The core category was 'I Can do it.'. People with disabilities were going through what they could do, and they didn't want to help first. In addition, the participants of the study came to think about a new career path through the challenge as a sports expert for the disabled. The change process model has advanced to the stages of environmental change, awareness, learning, crisis, challenge, limited practice, learning, change, and growth. In conclusion, first, it was taken as a challenge and opportunity, not anxiety about changes in environment and major, and second, people with disabilities were only a little late, and they found out that they are people who are able to talk and do it themselves. Third, as the attitude toward the disabled was changed and understood, I came to think of a plan for my career as a sports specialist for the disabled.
