창업교육과 트리즈교육이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향 연구 : 부모 특성의 조절 효과를 중심으로
A Study on the Influence of Entrepreneurship Education and TRIZ Education on Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Parental Characteristics

초록
청년실업 문제해결을 위하여 정부는 대학과 공공기관에 창업교육을 확대하고 창업 활성화를 통하여 창업률 증가를 위해 막대한 예산을 쓰고 있으나 실제 창업으로 연결되는 지원정책의 효과성에 대한 의문이 제기되어 왔다. 따라서 일반적 창업교육과 문제해결 중심의 트리즈 창업교육이 창업 의지 제고에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고 자 하였다. 특히 부모 특성요인이 창업가의 창업 의지에 미치는 조절적 효과를 분석하여 봄으로써 가정환경 특성이 어떠한 경로를 통하여 창업 의지를 높이는지 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 보면 창의성 역량 강화 교육으로 일반 창업교육과 트리즈 교육 모두 창업 의지 제고에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 부모 특성 중에서 부모의 창업 인식 요인에 대한 조절 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업교육이 창업 의지를 고양시키는 효과를 실증적으로 입증하였고 창업가의 가정환경요인으로 부모가 창업자에게 보여준 창업인식이 중요하다는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 창업 의지를 높이기 위해서는 가정 내 창업 인식 도가 높은 대상자를 선발하거나 창업에 대한 사회적 지지가 높은 대상자를 선발하여 교육하는 것이 필요하다는 결과를 도출하였다.
Abstract
To solve the youth unemployment problem, the government expands entrepreneurship education to universities and public institutions, and is spending enormous budgets to increase the entrepreneurship rate through activation of entrepreneurship. Therefore, it was attempted to analyze whether general entrepreneurship education and TRIZ entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on raising entrepreneurial intention. In particular, by analyzing the moderating effects of parental characteristics on entrepreneurs' willingness to start a business, the influence of the path through which the characteristics of the family environment increase entrepreneurial will was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, both general entrepreneurship education and TRIZ education had a significant positive (+) effect on the enhancement of entrepreneurial intention and among the characteristics of parents, the moderating effect of parents' entrepreneurial perception factor was significant. This study empirically proved the effect of entrepreneurship education to enhance entrepreneurial intention.
