창업기업의 전략적 네트워크 활동이 혁신역량과 성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine whether the characteristics of the strategic network activities of start-up companies have an effect on the company's innovation capacity and performance. Therefore, this study attempted to clarify whether the network activities of start-up companies contribute to the reinforcement of corporate innovation capabilities and whether the innovation capabilities of companies contribute to the creation of corporate performance. To confirm this, a survey was conducted on companies graduating from Daegu-Gyeongbuk and Busan-Gyeongnam Youth Entrepreneurship Academy from June 01 to August 15, 2020, collecting a total of 159 data and conducting empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that network strength and network trust had a positive effect on innovation capability, and innovation capability had a positive effect on corporate performance. In addition, it was confirmed that network strength and trust had a direct positive effect on corporate performance. The result of this study is to present the importance of the network activities of start-up companies for the creation of new business ideas to secure the sustainability of start-ups and for the reinforcement of the internal innovation capacity that is the basis for the development of new technologies. We intend to contribute to securing the viability of the company and to a successful startup companies.
