정부자금지원 수혜경험이 제조 벤처기업의 내부역량과 시장성과에 미치는 영향 연구: 성장단계와 제조유형의 상호작용 효과를 중심으로

Despite of the increasing importance of ventures in the overall economy, empirical research to enhance the performance of ventures appears to be relatively insufficient, compared to the large or small and medium sized companies. In addition, there has been a significant decrease in interest in manufacturing ventures compared to the ventures related to application services or software development and there has been little academic research specialized in manufacturing ventures. Therefore, based on the resource-based theory, the effect of the manufacturing ventures’ experience in receiving government funding on internal competencies and market performance was analyzed. Furthermore, the moderation effects of the growth stages and the manufacturing type were verified in relation to their experience in receiving government funding, internal competencies, and market performance. In order to verify the hypotheses, this research utilized 2018 data from “The Research on The Precision Statues of Venture Firms” which has been compiled since 1999 by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The results of this study showed that first, the experience of receiving government funding had a significant impact on internal competencies which are the most important in the innovation performance of ventures and market performance, Second, among the individual competent factors that make up internal competencies in market performance, quality competent factor has the only significant influence. Finally, it was shown that although internal competencies and market performance differed depending on the growth stages and type of manufacturing venture, there was no moderation effect with the experience of receiving government funding.
