조직에서 사용자의 정보시스템 동화정도는 정보시스템의 지속사용과 사용자들의 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려졌다. 그동안의 정보시스템 동화연구는 시스템 특성과 조직의 제도적 특성의 중요성을 강조하는 연구들이 주를 이루었지만, 해당 정보시스템을 실제로 사용하는 팀이 가지고 있는 풍토가 정보시스템 사용에 주는 영향에 관한 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 사용자의 정보시스템 동화에 영향을 미치는 결정요인으로 정보시스템 품질과 제도적 압력뿐만 아니라 사용자가 소속된 팀의 풍토(팀 권한 위임풍토, 팀 학습풍토)를 조사한 다음, 사용자의 정보시스템 동화가 사용자의 혁신행동과 개인성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상으로 육군 포병부대에서 효과적인 화력지원을 위해 사용되고 있는 전술사격지휘시스템(BTCS-A1)의 사용자를 고려하였고 정보시스템 동화에 영향을 주는 요인들과 결과요인들을 설문조사하였다. 분석결과, 정보시스템 품질과 제도적 압력뿐만 아니라 사용자가 속한 팀의 풍토(권한위임퐁토, 학습풍토)가 사용자의 정보시스템 동화에 영향을 주는 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌고, 증가된 정보시스템 동화의 정도는 사용자들의 혁신행동과 개인성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이론적으로는 정보시스템 동화의 영향요인으로 팀 풍토의 역할을 실증함으로써 정보시스템 동화이론의 확장을 가져왔고, 실무적으로는 조직에서 관리자들이 정보시스템의 지속사용과 성과를 위해 팀이 정보시스템을 효과적으로 사용하도록 하는 팀 풍토(권한위임풍토, 학습풍토)의 조성을 위한 중재와 노력이 필요함을 시사하였다.
Abstract
Users' level of Information system(IS) assimilation plays an important role in explaining continuous use and performance of IS in organizations. Existing literature on IS assimilation addressed the role of IS characteristics and institutional factors. However, little research has investigated how team climate has influence on users' IS assimilation. Therefore, the objective of this study is to identify the role of team climate(team empowerment climate and team learning climate) as well as IS quality and Instititutional pressure on IS assimilation. This study also investigates if the level of users' IS assimilation increases users' innovative behavior and task performance. Survey results show that IS quality, institutional pressure, and team climate all promote users' IS assimilation, which improves users’ innovative behavior and task performance. Theoretical and practical implications are presented.
