The Debt default causes damages in a chain, which leads to social damage in turn. Theremust be claim-obligation relationship between parties In socialist countries. We expectthat there may be a instrument to prevent such a damage that be caused by this, but theconsideration of him has been not yet made at the civil-relation. For example East-Germanand Russian civil Code has the independent chapter of the "Bond Security", in which locatedthe rules on the mortgage, the pledge right and the contract of suretyship. The ChineseCivil Law also has an independent regulation on separate guarantee contracts in the codeof Security Law. However, ther is only the joint debt (Article 73 of the North Korean CivilAct), that can be identified as a bond security function under the North Korean Civil Code. In other words, there are no provisions to perform security functions, such as guaranteecontracts, creditor revocation rights, creditor representation, etc. For this reason, this studyconsidered whether the security system, (ex. guarantee contracts, creditor revocationrights, creditor representation etc.) is recognized in North Korea's civil legal relations. Through this study, it is considered that the existence of legal heterogeneity in connectionwith the discussion of securitysystem in civil relations.
