With the development of globalization, it has encountered an era of knowledge competition, infinite competition, speed war,anddiversification.Ithasspreadrapidlyfromalldrasticchangestoallfieldssuchaspolitics,economy,society.This kind of change is accelerating globalization, making the market huge and unitary. Discovering and emphasizing the importance of venture enterprises through this study, and understanding the characteristics and roles of venture enterprises,canimprovethecompetitiveadvantageoftheglobalera.Aventureenterpriseisacompanythatpioneersnew markets by boldly challenging high-tech developments based on strong entrepreneurship, or despite their high risks, see the potential for success and dare to challenge it. In the case of Korea, the venture market was bubbled up by the state-led venture firms, and as a result, there were no side effects. Nevertheless, new ventures in Korea can only be opened through win-win development with large corporations. This research not only analyzes the impact of changes in the cultivation policy of venture enterprises but also finds the problempoints through research and the value of venture enterprisesthroughtheproductionofresults.Therefore,severalactivationschemesforventureenterprisesareproposedin this study. First, a basic understanding of venture enterprises is very important. Second, vigorously develop the regional economy and reach out to local governments. Third, try more cooperation between industry, university, and research. Fourth,itadaptedtotheeraofrapidchangesandcarryouteducationalreforminuniversities.
