벤처기업의 경쟁력과 성장발전 전망에 영향을 미치는 인증·확인제도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 벤처 기업을 대상으로 벤처 인증·확인 제도가 기업 경쟁력 향상과 지속·발전 전망에 미치는 요인과 기업 경쟁 력과 기업의 지속·발전 전망 간의 영향 관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 이에 대한 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설 1인 벤처 인증·확인제도는 기업의 성장·발전전망에 긍정적인 영향관계를 나타내었다. 즉, 벤처기업에서 벤처 인증·확인제도 를 통해 도출하고자 하는 정도가 높으면 높을수록 기업의 성장·발전 전망에 긍정적인 영향요인으로 작용하였다. 둘째, 가 설 2인 벤처 인증·확인제도는 기업경쟁력에 정(+)의 영향관계를 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의하게 나타내었다. 즉, 벤처 인증·확인제도에 대한 기대효과가 크면 클수록 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 긍정적 영향요인을 작용함에 따라 벤처 인증·확인 제도의 중요성이 강조되었다. 셋째, 가설 3인 기업 경쟁력은 기업성장·발전 전망에 정(+)의 영향을 검증한 결과 통계적으 로 유의하게 나타내었다. 즉, 기업 경쟁력이 높으면 높을수록 기업의 성장·발전 전망을 더욱 더 향상함을 나타내었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the factors affecting the improvement and sustainable development prospects of the company's competitiveness and the prospects for the sustainable development of the business. upgrade their sustainability management system, continuous implementation and implementation of systematic and strategic innovation activities were required. The main results are as follows. First, the hypothesis one-person venture certification and verification system showed a positive influence on the company's growth and development prospects. Second, the hypothesis 2, the venture certification and verification system, was statistically significant as a result of verifying the positive (+) impact relationship on corporate competitiveness. Third, the competitiveness of the hypothetical three-person company was statistically significant as a result of verifying the positive (+) effect on the growth and development prospects of the company.
