벤처기업의 사례 연구: 네이버, 넥슨, 다날을 중심으로

The success of a venture depends on the technical factors that respond to the needs of its customers, which in turn make it a product that is marketed as a differentiated product in the fastest and most efficient and economical way. Venture companies should use fast and strategic decision making when prioritizing customer needs. Venture companies have laid the groundwork for technology development from start-up until the company's management situation is stabilized. Fundamentally, venture firms are laying the groundwork for the company by developing their own technologies, and in order to realize 'the second leap', they should strategically use mergers and acquisitions of companies or the establishment of joint ventures as technology commercialization methods. As a success case of a venture company, First, Naver Corporation improved the search environment by introducing functions such as database acquisition, real-time search query and related search terms. Second, Danal Corporation has strengthened its core payment process with "safety" and "stability" which are most important when developing mobile payment solutions. Third, Nexon Corporation focused on developing augmented online games to maximize game group and online game development capabilities. This study aims to analyze the concept and characteristics of venture firms and the determinants of the success of venture firms' new ideas and technologies. In particular, this study aims at successful commercialization of venture firms and especially successful cases suchasNaver,Nexon,and Danal.
