개인의무기록 정보제공 의도 및 활용가치가 의료서비스 지속이용 의도에 미치는 영향 - 개인의무기록 분석을 통한 의료서비스 품질개선을 중심으로 -

With the development of technologies based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new forms of personal information are also increasing. Global companies are lowering entry barriers by country and marketing to consumers around the world through various platforms to use new forms of personal information. Currently, the medical industry also faced a wide variety of internal and external environmental changes. Big data in the medical field can provide benefits such as prevention of future diseases, presentation of treatments, and provision of preventive medical guides in daily life, and in the COVID-19, it is possible to offer medical treatment through non-face-to-face care. In this study, we examined the credibility of the information service provider's information service by categorizing it as an intention to provide personal records and utilization of big data, focusing on the establishment of big data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Guide. In addition, it was confirmed that the information in the personal medical records affected the trust in medical services and the willingness of the medical institution to revisit when big data was established and the analyzed results were provided to individuals as improved medical services.
