In the new era of normalizing the prevention and control of novel coronavirus, the promotion of the ethical construction of enterprises is beneficial to the standardization of corporate operation and the enhancement of its social influence and reputation. It also impacts the safety and influences the harmony of the entire economic society. This paper approaches this problem in three parts. Firstly, it defines the connotation and domain of ethical construction of CSR; Next, it analyzes the current status and problems CSR is facing; Finally, it proposes constructive and practical ways to solve these problems.
Abstract
