산학연협력을 통한 기업의 혁신성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 - 대덕연구개발특구를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors required for firms to improve innovation performance through industry-academy-research cooperation. Based on the existing trust-commitment theory and relationship marketing theory, the structural relationship of factors that influence innovation performance by industry-academy-research cooperation was developed as a research model. The data for the hypothesis test was collected through a survey of companies of Deadeok Innopolis, a representative innovation cluster. Partial Least Squares was used as a research model test method. In the empirical analysis results, it was shown that the perceived competency of universities and public research institutes significantly affects industry-academy-research trust and industry-academy-research cooperation commitment. The firm's absorptive capacity was also found to have a significant positive effect on industry-academy-research trust and industry-academy-research cooperation commitment. And industry-academy-research trust was found to increase industry-academy-research cooperation commitment. In addition, the industry-academy-research cooperation commitment was found to have a significant positive effect on the firm's innovation performance by industry-academy-research cooperation. On the other hand, unlike the existing literature, industry-academy-research trust was found to have no significant effect on the firm's innovation performance by industry-academy-research cooperation.
