기술기반 중소벤처기업의 수출결정요인에 관한 연구

Today's technology-based Small and Medium venture Enterprises have many strengths in their respective fields, but continuous changes are required due to rapid environmental changes and challenges from competitors. In order to stay ahead of the technology sector in a competitive society, we must continuously innovate to met the changing needs of diverse customers. However, SMEs have many difficulties due to the division of work, such as manpower and resources, which are less than large companies or public companies, and technology-based SMEs are the same. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of export factors on technology-based SMEs through prior studies. The results of this study are as follows. There were significant differences for each variable in many companies, but technology-based SMEs did not show any difference in resource-based, managerial characteristics, industrial organizational perspective, strategy perspective, and market differentiation strategy. However, in terms of business management function, there were differences in starting salary, product competitiveness, organizational reorganization, facility investment amount, facility utilization rate, domestic sales, distribution network, and productivity programs in technology-based SMEs. This study is meaningful in that the results of this study help many technology-based SMEs considering exports to review and decide on exports.
