A Study on Design Methodology for Mobility Service

초록

The MaaS(Mobility as a Service) platform represents integrated services for convenient transportation. This study aims to provide mobility design methodology, which is a tool to enhance user experience in relation to mobility service. It investigate components of the mobility service and elements under consideration for user experience in the vehicle. It has been difficult to provide seamless mobility service with previous product servitization, but this would be easier with new service productization when we consider the four elements(travel time utilization, space expansion, experience and customization) in developing the four key components: mobile service platform, service station, vehicle and content. The aim of this study is to provide guidance in user-centered design for mobility service. It is expected to help designers enhance transport experience.
