프롭테크시대 부동산산업의 역량강화와 대응방안

This paper looks at the capacity-building and countermeasures of the real estate industry during the prop-tech age. The analysis results revealed that firstly, the real estate industry holds high potential for development into a prop-tech industry. Secondly, professors were found to be most important in data analysis, researchers were the strongest in the study of convergence, and development experts also held high capability in analyzing data. ANOVA analysis and post-analysis results showed significant differences between expert groups when looking at the convergence capabilities of proptech industry workers. As expected, there were significant differences of opinions between professors and researchers, and researchers and development experts on convergence capabilities. The following is an introduction of the regulatory sandboxes and intellectual property systems which ultimately influence and produce different kinds of policies. Ultimately, there is a difference of opinion between professors and researchers on the introduction of regulatory sandboxes, and how the intellectual property system can eventually be improved.
