초록

In this study, we analyzed the importance of each assessment item and priorities through the AHP method sunwieul required for office building developer selected real estate asset management. Survey daesangjaeun building owners, real estate majors (MA), the real estate industry, academia estate, real estate broker (the participating) five specialty areas such as the executive director of the group were selected. Excellent selection of real estate property management office building developers to maximize the asset value of office buildings and rental income to reduce and control rising costs and improve the satisfaction of the building owner metrics of selected factors developed over the next vendor selection and prioritization reflects to verify the security is evaluated by subjective criteria and utilized in the indicator in a standardized result with respect to the problem to be required to utilize the data. General findings and professional asset value of the properties in the full entry assessment increases, rental income increased safety management capacity, asset management, systematic, cost one trillion months, the results showed a net financial products
