에듀테크 스타트업의 제품개발 방향에 대한 연구

초록
혁신적인스타트업에대한관심이증대되고있다. 본연구는에듀테크스타트업의제품개발사례를조사하 여성공적인제품개발방향은어떠해야하는지를확인하고자하였다.본연구의분석대상인에듀테크스타트 업은지속적으로성장하고있으며,특히AR/VR분야의성장과더불어빠르게성장하고있기때문에많은주 목을받고있다.하지만이런관심에비해스타트업이어떻게제품을개발해야성공할수있는지에대한논의 는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 아홉개 에듀테크 스타트업 제품개발 사례를 통하여 스타트업이 어떻게 제품을 개발하고있는지를아홉가지스타트업사례를통해비교하였고이를시장(고객)과제품(기술)차원에서분석하 였다.본연구의분석결과는다양한분야의제품개발도중요하지만,시장(고객)이외의제품(기술)개발도스타 트업의성장을예측할수있는 하나의 측면이라는점을에듀테크스타트업을 대상으로한사례 연구를 통해 확인한 것이다. 이는 스타트업의 비교적 빠른 성장이 시장(고객)의 확장을 통해서도 나타나지만 기술 개발의 심화와통합화를통해서도나타날수있다는것이다.이러한분석결과에기초하여본연구의시사점및연구 의한계에대해기술하였다.
Abstract
Current study is a case study on the product development strategy of Edutech startups. The Edutech startup, whichisthe target of thisstudy, isgrowingrapidlywiththe growthof theAR/VRfieldandis gaining a lot of attention, but there is insufficient discussion on how a startup can succeed when developing a product. Therefore, this study first identified how startups are developing products through nine Edutech startup product development cases, and analyzed product development in terms of market (customer) and product (technology). The analysis results of this study show that the development of products in various fields is also important, but the growth of startups is rapid when targeting various customers, and the development of products (technology) other than the market (customers) is also the growth of startups. It was confirmed through a case study targeting Edutech startups that it is one aspect that can be predicted. This means that although the growth of the organization appears through the expansion of the market (customer), exploration and integration of technology development is also important. Based on these results, the implications of this study and limitations of the study were also described.
