화장품 펌프 용기 특허기술 구조 분석에 관한 연구
A Study on the Structure Analysis of Patent Technology for Cosmetic Pump Containers

초록
화장품의 사용이 일상화되면서 편리성이 높은 펌프 용기에 대한 수요도 높아지고 있다. 펌프의 원리는 기초 화장품 뿐 만 아니라 색조 화장품 등 여러 제품에 활용되고 있으며, 기능성이 요구되는 제품에도 펌프 용기는 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 이에 화장품 펌프 용기의 특허 기술 분석을 통해 화장품 펌프 용기 기술의 동향과 기술의 흐름을 살펴보았다. 화장품 펌프 용기 특허기술 분석을 위해 KIPRIS를 사용해 데이터베이스 수집하였다. 2020년 10월 15일 기준으로 국내에 출원된 특허와 실용신안권을 대상으로 하였다. 검색 식을 통해 추출된 데이터는 노이즈를 제거하고 유효특허 490건을 분석하여 기술을 분류하고 화장품 펌프 용기의 기술 특허 동향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 화장품 펌프 용기 기술 출원의 증가 추이와 주요 특허 출원인 분석을 통해 기술 개발의 흐름을 알 수 있었다. 화장품 펌프 용기 기술은 총 6가지의 기술로 분류할 수 있었고 모든 기술 분야에서 개발이 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 기능성 화장품 수요 증가와 화장품 용기 포장재 규제로 관련 기술 개발의 증가를 확인하였고 이에 특허 동향 분석을 통한 전략 개발이 요구되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 화장품 펌프 용기 개발의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대해 본다.
Abstract
As the use of cosmetics becomes more common, the demand for pump containers with high convenience is also increasing. The principle of the pump is used not only in basic cosmetics but also in various products such as color cosmetics, and the pump container plays a large role in products requiring functionality. Accordingly, the trend of cosmetic pump container technology and the flow of technology were examined through patent technology analysis of cosmetic pump container. A database was collected using KIPRIS for the analysis of patent technology for cosmetic pump containers. As of October 15, 2020, patents and utility model rights applied in Korea were targeted. The data extracted through the search formula removed noise, analyzed 490 valid patents, classified the technology, and analyzed the technology patent trends of cosmetic pump containers. As a result of the research, the trend of technology development could be seen through the trend of increase in cosmetic pump container technology applications and analysis of major patent applicants. The cosmetic pump container technology could be classified into a total of six technologies, and it was confirmed that development is being made in all technical fields. The increase in demand for functional cosmetics and the regulation of cosmetic container and packaging materials confirmed the increase in related technology development, and it was found that strategy development through patent trend analysis was required. This study is expected to be used as basic data for cosmetic pump container development.
