This study establishes the concept of digital sex crimes that have recently emerged. Therefore, in arresting criminals, an investigation system should be introduced that can efficiently investigate the criminal. A review of the establishment of a separate dedicated organization for only children and adolescents should be conducted. It will be necessary to respond more efficiently to digital sex crimes by changing legal policies on digital sex crimes, improving strong awareness and providing safeguards against victim protection. It will look at the contents and actual conditions of the film focusing on Camera-Used Photography Crime'. Policy improvement tasks were derived to efficiently cope with digital sex crimes. The improvements are as follows. It can be summed up by systematic readjustment of laws related to digital sex crimes, clarifying the components of Article 14 (1) of the Sexual Violence Punishment Act, ensuring protection of digital sex crimes against children and adolescents, and internalizing victim support for illegal filming.
