교통복지 서비스 품질이 교통약자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향

The growth of ederly population is very sharp in Korea. The aged society was opened hitting 14% of ederly population (65 years old or more). The superaging society would be possible in middle of 2020. Population of mobility handicapped also has growed consistently. Social dillemma of welfare for transportation may also grow and these problems would not be resolved easily in respective of prior viewpoint. This study explored service quality of transportation welfare in dimension of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Service quality is more important to the trafficking weak than be to the ordinary person. This does not mean improvement of facilities merely. It includes reliability of service promise achievement, proper satisfaction of needs for the disabled, prompt response and will of response, politeness, and empathy. These factors are more important to the disabled than be to the ordinary person. In accordance with our prediction, in results, the dimension of service quality for transportation welfare (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) affected positively on user satisfaction, and this satisfaction on usage intention positively. On basis of these findings, this study suggested theoretical, practical, and political implications.
