스트레스, 소진, 만족 간의 관계에 대한 연구: 사이버대학 재학생을 중심으로
A Study on the Relationship between Stress, Burnout, and Satisfaction: Focusing on Cyber University Students

이 연구의 목적은 기존 연구를 확장하여 스트레스의 원인이 되는 인터페이스를 일, 가정, 학업의 세 가지로 확장하여 이들이 소진에 미치는 영향력을 파악하고자 한다. 또한 추가적으로 소진의 결과변수로서 일, 가정, 학업에 대한 만족에 대한 소진의 영향력을 파악하고자 한다. 제시한 연구모형을 검증하기 위하여 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 수집의 대상은 국내 사이버대학교에 재학 중인 학생 245명으로 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS Statistics 24, LISREL 8.72를 이용하였다. 기본적인 자료의 특성을 분석하기 위해 빈도분석, 신뢰성분석을 위해 Cronbach’s Alpha값을 확인했으며, 타당성 분석을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 활용하였다. 연구모형 검증을 위해서는 LISREL 8.72를 이용한 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 직장에서의 스트레스는 소진을 유발시키는 주요한 선행변수 역할을 담당하지만 가족과 학업에서의 스트레스는 소진을 유발시키는 역할을 담당하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 소진이 각 대상별 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과는 직장에 대한 만족, 가족에 대한 만족, 학업에 대한 만족 모두에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to expand the existing research and expand the interface that causes stress to three types of work, home, and study to understand the influence of them on burnout. In addition, as a result variable of burnout, the study aims to identify the influence of burnout on work, home, and academic satisfaction. To test the proposed research model, data were collected through a survey. The subjects of the data collection were 245 students attending cyber universities in Korea. The data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 24 and LISREL 8.72. Frequency analysis was used to analyze the characteristics of basic data. For reliability analysis, the Cronbach’s Alpha value was confirmed. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used for validity check. To verify the research model, structural equation modeling analysis using LISREL 8.72 was conducted. According to the analysis results, stress at work plays a major role as antecedents to burnout, but stress at family and study does not play a role in causing burnout.The results of examining the effects of burnout on satisfaction of each subject showed that it had a negative effect on satisfaction with work, satisfaction with family, and satisfaction with study.
