Recognizing the importance of the development and utilization of artificial intelligence today, the country has been taking the lead in the policies to lead the artificial intelligence and digital industries in recent years. In the future, in the so-called post-corona era, services and technologies using non-face-to-face, non-contact, or digital technology are expected to be further utilized. Examine the significance of artificial intelligence algorithms, examine the necessity of artificial intelligence regulation, and specifically examine the current status and trends and implications of artificial intelligence algorithm regulation in foreign countries, review the current situation in Korea, and identify future improvement directions and legal implications.
