수술실 간호사의 직장 내 괴롭힘과 직무만족이 행복감에 미치는 영향

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 수술실 간호사들의 직장 내 괴롭힘, 직무만족도, 행복감 정도를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 방법: 연구 대상자는 G 광역시와 J 도에 위치하고 100개 이상의 병상을 갖춘 병원에 근무하는 수술실 간호사 194명이다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 5월 4일부터 6월 4일까지였다. 자료 분석을 위해 IBM SPSS Statistics 26 프로그램을 사용하여, 기술통계, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients와 stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 결과: 연구결과, 직장 내 괴롭힘은 평균평점 1.87점, 직무만족도는 평균평점 3.50점, 행복감은 3.87점이었다. 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인 중에서 가장 큰 영향을 가진 요인으로 직무만족도(β=.52, p<.001)이었고, 그 다음으로는 주당 여가시간(β=.16, p=.008), 결혼 상태(β=.13, p=.026)순이었다. 연구결과는 수술실 간호사의 행복을 위해서는 직무만족이 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. 결론: 수술실 간호사의 행복감을 향상시키기 위해 직무만족도를 증가시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate workplace bullying, job satisfaction, and happiness among perioperative nurses. Methods: Participants were 194 nurses who worked in hospitals with over 100 beds and located in G city and J Province. Data collection was conducted from May 4 to June 4, 2020. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression were used with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program for data analysis. Results: The mean score were, for workplace bullying, 1.87, for job satisfaction, 3.50, and for happiness, 3.87. Happiness of perioperative nurses was significantly influenced by job satisfaction (β=.52, p<.001), leisure time (β=.16, p=.008), and marital status (β=.13, p=.026). Conclusion: The results show that job satisfaction of perioperative nurses is important for happiness. Therefore, there is a need to develop programs to increase job satisfaction to improve happiness in perioperative nurses.
