부부창업가의 개방적 의사소통, 업무-가족균형이 인지된 성공에 미치는 영향 : 재무성과의 조절효과

This study is an empirical study to examine the effects of open communication and work-family balance on perceived success for Copreneurs, and to examine whether financial performance has a moderating effect in the process. This study focuses on coprenuerial business that has not been sufficiently studied in the field of family business. Specifically, we attest the influence of relationship-based factors on perceived performance, and the role of financial performance as a moderator as well within the relationship. The research model was suggested with the relevant hypotheses based on theoretical discussion in order to fulfill the research purpose. The sample was collected from copreneurs who are running small size businesses in jewelry industry including precious metal and accessory products in Seoul and Gyeonggi metropolitan area. In all, 190 copies (95 pairs) of questionnaires were collected, and 186 copies (93 pairs) excluding 4 copies (2 pairs) of unfaithful questionnaires were put into the analysis to conduct a controlled regression analysis. As a result of the study, open communication was found to have an effect on perceived success. In addition, financial performance was found to have a positive moderating effect between open communication and perceived performance. However, the work-family balance did not significantly affect perceived performance, and financial performance was also found to be unable to moderate between work-family balance and perceived success. These results revealed that a detailed pattern of Copreneures was dealt with among the family business studies and that the relationship-based factor was an important prerequisite for perceived success, whereas the work-family balance had no significant effect on perceived success. This is an academically and practically meaningful result in that it has revealed that it is not possible and that financial performance.
