언택트 시대 체육계 비정규직 청년 강사의 직무활동 탐색에 따른 정책 제언

The purpose of this study is to explore the job activities of youth instructors majoring in non-regular sports in Korea during the Untact era and to make policy suggestions accordingly. Participants in the study cross-referenced FGI (Focus Group Interview) interviews and in-depth interviews with nine non-regular youth instructors in the sports world. As a result, the collected data were organized in accordance with the basic analysis method of the theory of evidence. The findings are as follows. The difficulties of daily life could be seen as a central phenomenon, and causal situations were found to be limited in the course of practical classes and lack of online practical classes for sports majors. Accordingly, the contextual situation was viewed as a problem that the continuous suspension of the practice site and the direction of the practical classes were lost, and the job insecurity and willingness to take classes were placed in a mediating situation. However, participants wanted to supplement their interaction strategies of peer scholarship, online class attempts for sports majors, and presenting new class plans. In the course of this search, the possibility of untect classes and the change of thinking about practical classes showed the willingness to restore daily life. The policy suggestions are based on three suggestions: establishing measures for the employment safety of non-regular workers in the sports community, revitalizing job education contents centered on online practical skills guidance, and establishing an online practical class environment that can turn crisis into an opportunity, and we hope that this will help follow-up research.
