The purpose of this study is to identify the current status and growth system of Korea tourism venture companies. The results of in-depth interview showed that some measures are necessary in the fields of law, investment, stage of growth, regional support, and other support. And, the step-by-step development strategy is needed for the Korea tourism venture business. The significance of this study is to provide detailed practical implications for Korea tourism venture business. The expected effects through these measures to foster tourism venture companies can contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the tourism industry and the development of the national economy by finding new contents in the tourism sector and creating jobs in the tourism industry.
