보육교사의 개인정보보호 인식 수준에 대한 연구

This study was conducted to confirm the actual status of childcare teachers' privacy consciousness level. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 964 child care teachers working at day care centers located in P city and the results were analyzed. The data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 ver. The analysis confirmed the general tendency, level, and level difference of personal information protection according to the socio-demographic background of the study subject. Analysis was performed by chi verification. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the general tendency of childcare teachers to protect personal information was low. Second, when checking the level of personal information protection of childcare teachers, A grade was found to be 1.3% of the total number of employees. This indicates that only the relevant personnel are protecting personal information, and most of them are disqualified. Third, as a result of examining the difference in the level of personal information protection according to the general background of childcare teachers, the lower the age and experience, the higher the level of personal information protection. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for policy preparation and program development to increase awareness of personal information protection of childcare teachers in the future.
