공급사슬 위험관리 전략이 공급사슬 강건성과 기업성과에 미치는 영향

This study is to study the relationship between supply chain risk management strategy, supply chain robustness, and corporate performance as a countermeasure for supply chain risk management factors that may occur in companies and supply chains. To this end, a survey was conducted on Korean manufacturing companies, and a total of 118 questionnaires were used for the study. The reliability and validity of each study item were tested, and the study hypothesis was tested using the path analysis method using the study items that satisfy the criteria. The summary of the test results of the research hypothesis is as follows. First, the internal risk management strategy has a significant positive effect on the robustness of the supply chain. External risk management strategies have a significant positive impact on supply chain robustness. Supply chain robustness has a significant positive impact on corporate performance. In addition, as a result of the test on the mediating effect of supply chain robustness, it was verified that supply chain robustness plays a role of partial parameter only between external risk management strategy and corporate performance. Therefore, supply chain agility is important in order to quickly respond to risks arising from the supply chain in relation to the supply chain risk management strategy. It is suggested that securing a supply chain robustness capability that can withstand internal and external shocks is as important as agility capability.
