중국조선족 법조인 양성에 관한 고찰

Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is the largest area inhabited by Chinese-Korean. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture can use the language and characters of the nation within the autonomous region in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, Law of Regional National Autonomy and Regulations on the Autonomy of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. In particular, the People's Court and the People's Prosecutors' Office in the autonomous region are characterized by the use of Korean language in judging and investigating the case, and it can be seen that the status of ethnic Chinese-Korean legal professional in this area is important to the community. However, when looking at the cases reviewed by the People's Court in recent years, only a few cases have been reviewed in the Korean language, although there have been quite a lot of civil cases related to the Korean-Chinese. In addition, when looking at the current status of law education at Yanbian University Law School, the best legal training institution in the autonomous region, despite the sufficient conditions for training Korean-Chinese legal professionals, it is difficult to see it as a specialized institution for training Korean-Chinese legal professionals because there are not enough systems or courses for the training of Korean-Chinese legal professionals. Therefore, the text examines the legal basis for the use of Korean language in lawsuits by Chinese-Koreans in order to cultivate Korean-Chinese legal professionals and the current status of cases that the court examined in Korean language, and at the same time analyze the status and system of Korean-Chinese legal profession training institutions. On the basis, the training institution proposed a method of realizing law education for the training of Korean-Chinese legal professions, with law schools and in cooperation with Korea.
