기업가정신이 과업도전감을 매개로 창업의도에 미치는 영향: Baron & Kenny와 Hayes의 검증 방법을 중심으로

Seniors' interest in re-employment and entrepreneurship after retirement is increasing. It is accelerating further due to the rapid low birth rate and aging population, early retirement, the age of 100, low growth without employment, and the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to investigate the effects of ‘entrepreneurship’ on ‘goal difficulty’ and ‘startup intention’ for seniors, and to suggest a way to revitalize startups that raises seniors' entrepreneurial intention. This study tested the hypothesis by performing frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis in order for a total of 345 samples collected through a non-face-to-face questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a positive (+) significant effect on the sense of goal difficulty in the order of risk taking, innovativeness, and proactivity, which are the sub-variables of entrepreneurship. Second, the sense of goal difficulty had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurship intention. Third, in the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention, the mediating effect of goal difficulty was found to be partially mediated by innovativeness and risk taking, and completely mediated by proactivity. In order to enhance the entrepreneurship intention of seniors, the curriculum should be organized in the order of risk taking, innovativeness, and proactivity in entrepreneurship education, and start-up education that improves the sense of goal difficulty should be activated.
