전자매체에 내장된 금융정보, 개인정보의 디지털포렌식 방식 관리에 관한 연구

It is digital information that forms the basis of the digital economy. Among this digital information, the core part is personal information, and of the personal information, it is financial information that directly damages the information subject when it is leaked. The massive financial information leakage that occurred in the three companies' cards in 2014 had a tremendous impact on society. After all, it is important to use personal information well for the development of the digital economy, but it is important to understand that the management of digital information is also important. Many people recognize the importance of managing electronic media containing digital information. However, in comparison, the processing of information security contained in electronic media is not well performed. Accordingly, in this study, we compared and analyzed which information should be protected among various types of information through data-related laws. In addition, for the practical management of information, the methods stipulated in the law and the most reliable method in the current technology, digital forensics, have outlined how the management is performed. This study is expected to help prevent the leakage of financial information if we learn in detail the legal management method and digital forensic management method to prevent the leakage of financial information from electronic media.
