이혼 부부의 재결합을 위한 통합적 가족치료 사례연구

Objectives: This study examined a family therapy case for a divorced couple preparing reunion in order to explore the factors influencing the couple’s divorce, the counselor’s intervention techniques, and the factors contributing couple’s reunion. Methods: This study used case study method among the qualitative research methods, and used an thematic analysis which includes identifying, describing, and analyzing ideas from data and a network to display the findings of the study. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, factors influencing the couple’s divorce were the husband’s affair, dysfunctional family structure, the couple’s dysfunctional communication method, the transmission of the dysfunctional communication method from the family of origin, the couple’s attachment problem, and the transference feeling. Second, the therapist’s counseling techniques included explanation of the family structure, relabelling and acceptive attitudes toward affairs, explanation of the expression method transmitted from the family of origin, explanation of transference feeling, and the exploration of couple’s clear opinion about reunion, coaching new communication method, and the suggestion of reunion method. Third, the factors contributing the couple’s reunion through family therapy were changes of couples’ perception, changes of communication method, expectations for a new beginning, and maintenance of changes in marital relationships.
