스마트팜 청년 창업농의 교육 요구 분석 - 교육과정 우선순위 도출을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to facilitate decision-making regarding the establishment of a curriculum by analyzing the educational needs of young smart farm entrepreneurs. A survey targeted to trainees at the Smart Farm Youth Entrepreneurship Center in 2020 was also conducted on the need for education for strengthening the capacity of agricultural entrepreneurs. 159 samples were analyzed through t-test, Borich's Assessment Model, and the Locus for Focus model. As a result of the analysis, first, environmental control (13.08), pest management (12.50), soil and fertilization management (11.33), and sowing and seedling management (11.27), falling under the Cultivation Management Competency group, appeared as priorities. Second, when analyzing each type of farming, only the Cultivation Management Competency group was derived as a priority for non-farmers, whereas the Financial Management Competency group was also included as a priority for farmers. Third, for each vocational development stage, the Cultivation Management Competency group was common as a priority in both the establishment and the search stages; however, the search stage showed the difference of including the detailed competencies of the Work Management Competency group. Based on such research results, the curriculum for education for young entrepreneurs at youth entrepreneurship centers and education on smart farm youth entrepreneurship appropriate to the characteristics of the region should be supplemented. In addition to a systematic curriculum suitable for the need for competency among young entrepreneurs, it is necessary to prepare educational programs for each type of farming and for each stage of vocational development.
